In this event we heard from a panel who discussed the experiences of lesbian and gay people who practise a religion.  We hope that this will be the first of several events in which we will examine LGBT+ and religion, focusing on the lived experiences of invited panellists. Saima Razzaq

Saima is a Queer Muslim who runs her own business in Birmingham, and led the Birmingham Pride march in 2019.

Fr Andrew Cain

Andrew is a priest in the Church of England and is chaplain at Lady Margaret Hall, University of Oxford.

Rabbi Shulamit Ambalu

Shulamit is Principal Rabbi at Sha’arei Tsedek North London Reform Synagogue.
