IP Inclusive is an award-winning initiative formed by individuals and organisations from across the intellectual property (IP) sector, who work together to make our community more inclusive, diverse, open and fair. See our Mission Statement.
The initiative is run by the sector, for the sector on a voluntary basis. It brings together IP professionals of all types, at all levels of seniority, from all kinds of working environments and in all parts of the UK.  Meet the current team and contact us to get involved or find out how you can help.
IP Inclusive is funded by the generosity of our supporters, sponsors and partners and many organisations in the IP community are now involved – most have signed the IP Inclusive Charter, committing themselves publicly to supporting our mission.
Mostly, we work by sharing best practices, providing training, running events and providing resources to help people promote diversity and inclusion – including through our Careers in Ideas outreach campaign for young people who may be interested in a career in IP. Our events and resources are free at the point of delivery; there’s no paywall. But we do ask all our supporters to give what they can to keep the initiative going: if you can contribute, please visit our fundraising page.

We also provide safe spaces where everybody can feel involved and valued. In particular we have (currently) six communities supporting diverse groups in the IP sector:
All six are open to “allies” and partner organisations as well.
