Women in IP Careers Guidance Focus Group
Discussion of survey results, followed by networking
Tuesday 3 February 2026
London and online
New year, new beginnings, new event.
Join us for a thought-provoking evening as Women in IP presents the findings of our recent career progression survey. We’ll be exploring how different firms and organisations are supporting their teams, sharing insights into transparency for progressing your career, and discussing practical steps for climbing the career ladder.
A hybrid event taking place at Mewburn Ellis’ London office on Tuesday, 3 February 2026 at 18:00 and online, we will delve into key questions such as: “Do you know what you need to do for promotion?”, “Where is your career heading?”, and “What changes would you like to see at your firm to support you in your professional journey?”. Expect lively discussion, best practice sharing, and opportunities to connect with others who are have trodden that path or are also considering their next steps.
To shake things up for the new year, the format of this event will be an introduction, then smaller round table discussions (which will really allow you to make deeper connections and have meaningful discussions), ending with a summary of the collective views and a chance to further network over drinks afterwards.
Kick off your New Year with fresh perspectives – whether you’re seeking change, curious about how your peers are navigating promotions, or simply want to ensure your career plans are on track, this event is for you.
