Welcome to the IP & ME Coffee Club – February edition!
IP & ME kick-started the year with a February coffee club. They celebrated this month of love together and discussed how love, affection and kindness are expressed and understood across cultures, and the differing societal and personal implications.
Attendees joined us for an informal chat around this topic, and to get to know each other within the IP & ME community.
Who was it for?
These informal get-togethers are for anyone, especially IP & ME supporters. The coffee clubs are open to people from minority ethnic backgrounds and allies. Whatever your role and career level, if you work in the IP sector, we would love for you to join us!
Feel free to invite friends and colleagues to come along with you – perhaps even someone who is not yet involved with IP & ME? Everyone is most welcome.
We tend to organise coffee club dates at differing times of the day. They’ll usually have a theme to kick-start conversations, but there will be plenty of opportunities for general chat and networking too. It’s a wonderful safe space to connect and build career-long relationships.
Cost
This event was free. So are all our resources. We think it’s important to keep IP Inclusive on the right side of the paywall.
