Attendees joined us for an online lunch-&-learn with Adjoa Anim, a Trade Mark Attorney and Director at HGF. Adjoa talked about her journey in the IP profession, how she started to play a more active role in terms of ED&I and how she is able to balance this with her work. Adjoa also explored how employers and employees can set meaningful ED&I resolutions for 2025, and how these can be realistically achieved.

Meet the Speaker
Adjoa [Ah-jwah] is a UK Chartered Trade Mark Attorney and Director at HGF.
Adjoa currently sits on the International Trademark Association (INTA) Brands and Sustainability Committee. Previously, she was an earlier iteration of the same team, the Brands for a Better Society Committee which demonstrated how brands impact society through CSR, DEI and sustainability initiatives.
Adjoa is also a member of the HGF Diversity Equity and Inclusion Focus Group, which advises the firm’s Management Board on the planning and implementation of its DEI initiatives, policies and activities.
