Our annual update and planning event

We had a fantastic time in 2025 celebrating IP Inclusive’s tenth anniversary. We’re now moving into our second decade, with renewed enthusiasm and plenty to look forward to!
Please join us at our 2026 annual meeting to find out what we’ve been up to, what we’re planning next and how you can get involved. This is also a chance for you to help shape our next twelve months’ work.
You can join this hybrid event either in person or online.
Our programme
Informal as ever, this meeting will include:
- Updates from our communities, networks, Careers in Ideas task force and other working groups;
- A chance to hear from our management team and Advisory Board; and
- A discussion about IP Inclusive’s plans and priorities for 2026-27.
There will also be some group chats (breakout rooms online) so that everyone has a chance to be heard. Please come armed with your suggestions and feedback!
The meeting will start at 2 pm prompt. For in-person attendees, refreshments and registration will be available from 1.45 pm, with a networking reception afterwards.
Nearer the time we’ll provide a link to the meeting papers, including the agenda, our 2025 Annual Report and our most recent business plan and budget.
The IPIM Annual General Meeting
Our annual meeting incorporates the formal AGM for our governing body IP Inclusive Management (IPIM). But we’ll keep that part short. We’re not much into bureaucracy.
Who’s invited?
Everyone who works in or with the UK’s IP sector is welcome. It doesn’t matter what type of organisation or department you work in, what role you play there or how senior you are, we’d love you to get involved!
Our venue
As well as welcoming delegates who want to join us online, we’ll also be meeting in person, kindly hosted by Bird & Bird at 12 New Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1JP (near Chancery Lane tube station).

Ticket sales for in-person attendance will close at 10 pm on Friday 10 April 2026. After that, please email [email protected] for information about late sign-ups.
Cost
This event is free. So are all our resources. We think it’s important to keep IP Inclusive the right side of the paywall.
