Marks & Clerk kindly hosted the February 2019 meeting of the IP Inclusive Scottish Group, at their new offices in Edinburgh. This informal breakfast event explored the benefits of developing resilience in the workplace, and how to set about doing so. The meeting was attended by Marks & Clerk’s Group HR Director, Darren Mossemenear, and Jo Spreckley, their UK training manager, who provided a presentation on “resilient thinking”.
