Attendees joined us for this IP Inclusive and Jonathan’s Voice panel discussion, which was specifically for paralegals, IP support staff and those who work with them. Jonathan’s Voice was shortly to launch its new online guide for this group, and we were keen to get the conversations going.
In this webinar we considered the rewards as well as some of the challenges for those who work on the support side of the IP professions. Penelope Aspinall, mental health consultant to Jonathan’s Voice, chaired a panel of IP professionals who discussed some of the topics that are covered in the new guide. These included some areas that can be difficult to manage, such as setting boundaries, how to say “no” and having difficult conversations. There was an opportunity for questions.
Who was it for?
This webinar was for IP support staff. By that we mean people who work alongside other IP professionals in an at least partially supporting role. You might be on the client-facing side or working on internal operational aspects of your organisation. You might be in private practice or in-house. You might have only just started or have years of experience and qualifications. Either way, you were most welcome.
By way of example, the webinar – and the forthcoming Jonathan’s Voice guide – was relevant to HR, training, marketing, IT, financial, event management and practice management professionals – as well as to paralegals and records and formalities clerks.

Cost
This event was free. So are all our resources. The Jonathan’s Voice events and resources are also free at the point of delivery.
