CIPA and IP Ability present
Knowing Me, Knowing You? ADHD and the IP profession
Wednesday 12 June 2024
12.30 pm – 1.30 pm, online
Neurodiversity has become a much talked-about topic in recent years, and one that is arguably particularly relevant to the IP professions.
Would you recognise that a colleague has ADHD or know how to best support them? Might you yourself have characteristics of ADHD, as yet unacknowledged?
Attendees joined CIPA for this joint webinar with IP Ability as we brought together a phenomenal panel including a senior HR manager, a neurodiversity consultant, and IP professionals with a range of roles and personal experiences to explore this complex form of neurodiversity, dispel myths, and answer the questions you may have been afraid to ask. By better understanding ADHD, its challenges and its advantages, we can take active steps to provide more equitable work environments, and perhaps understand ourselves better too.
