Attendees joined us this World Mental Health Day for a discussion about supporting wellbeing in the IP professions. This webinar followed on from last year’s World Mental Health Day webinar on “Supporting staff wellbeing, mental health and work-life balance”. As in 2024, it was a collaboration between IP Inclusive, Jonathanβs Voice, CIPA and CITMA and was free to attend for anyone who works in the UKβs IP sector.
You can watch a recording of the webinar below.
Our content
In this interactive webinar, we were joined by workplace wellbeing consultant and Jonathan’s Voice mental health trainer Lisa Whittleton, to explore what reallyΒ works in terms of supporting mental health at work.
There are recognised disconnects between:
1)Β Β Β Β Β Β Β the increasing investment and initiatives put in place by organisations, and employees not seeing or feeling the benefit; and
2)Β Β Β Β Β Β what we know works in terms of best practice, and what is practical and reasonable for small-to-medium-sized practices to implement.
We’ll address those by bringing together Lisaβs background in business psychology and her experience helping organisations to develop and implement wellbeing strategies, along with a panel of IP professionals who are passionate about wellbeing. Together they’ll provide you with practical takeaways and answer your questions on how to get this important part of your business strategy right.
