An Online Conversation
for Grief Awareness Week
Monday 8 December 2025
12.30 – 1.30 pm, online
Grief is something most of us will experience and which can have a profound experience on our mental health, yet it is still so often kept quiet or misunderstood.
As part of National Grief Awareness Week, we invite you to an open online conversation about grief. This will be a space to:
- Share personal experiences of grief, in whatever form that takes
- Hear from others who are navigating loss
- Reflect on what has (or hasn’t) helped along the way
We will start with sharing some information about grief then move into breakout rooms so we can talk, listen and connect with each other in small groups.
Registration
This event is free. So are all our resources.
That said, we do need money to keep the show on the road, so if you enjoy the event please consider making a donation. You can also donate at the point when you register. For more information, visit the IP Inclusive fundraising page.
If you have any access requirements for this event, please get in touch with us at [email protected] and we’ll do what we can to help.
