This practical and punchy workshop will explore how to ensure feedback conversations are open and psychologically safe – and that they contribute to a culture of ongoing feedback and continuous improvement .

Who is it for?
Anyone in a business services role – or allies in other roles – who would like to build their confidence in managing their own development through meaningful feedback conversations. This event is open to everyone working in intellectual property, including paralegals, IT specialists, marketing and finance teams, media and recruitment professionals, administrators, HR colleagues, and more.
