Summer is here, and to provide an opportunity for their members to connect with one another while their children have fun, the IP Non-traditional Family Network are delighted to facilitate the organisation of “park meets” in your local area.
If you would like to meet other members of our network near you, please let us know (either via our LinkedIn group or by email), indicating your nearest major town or city and what days of the week/times would best suit you. We hope there will be sufficient interest to organise some informal get togethers outdoors over the summer. The children will get to have some fun too!
Park meets so far…

We ran our first on Saturday 7 August 2021 at the Royal Victoria Park in Bath (see here).
Others, organised in collaboration with IP Inclusive’s regional networks and the CIPA Informals, included three on Saturday 14 August:
- Pittville Park in Cheltenham; details here
- Wollaton Park in Nottingham; details here
- Graves Park in Sheffield; details here
one on Monday 23 August:
- Outside King’s College in Cambridge; details here
and one on Thursday 23 September:

We’ll organise more if we can, so please keep an eye on the full listings in this post, or on our main Events page. Meanwhile, enjoy the photos below from previous meets.
