Summer Park Meet

Graves Park, Sheffield
Another in our series of regional IP Inclusive and CIPA Informals “park meets” took place in the North of England. We invited people to come along and meet IP colleagues and their families on Saturday 14 August 2021 at the playground at Graves Park in Sheffield. Everyone who worked in IP was welcome to attend – and to bring their families – and in the end twelve people joined, including children.
Here’s a photo of some of us enjoying our coffee and resolutely ignoring the threatening sky (it didn’t rain in the end).

The organiser of this event was Vanessa Stainthorpe, committee lead for the IP Inclusive North of England network. She would love to hear from anyone interested in similar North of England get-togethers for the future.
