The Power of Kindness in an Unkind World
A free webinar from IP Inclusive and Jonathan’s VoiceΒ
Thursday 19 June 2025
12.30 – 1.30 pm, online
In a world where the news seems to be dominated by cruelty and greed, it is more important than ever for us to hold onto the importance of simply being kind – to others and to ourselves.Β
In this session, we will explore some of the evidence that being kind is actually good for your mental and physical health, think about what gets in the way of being kind and look at some ideas for introducing kindness in the workplace. Β Finally, we will think about the value and effectiveness of practising self-compassion.
