“Gender balance in performance reviews”
After the success of our previous Women in IP coffee dates, our next informal meeting was on Thursday 15 September 2022 at 1 pm. The discussions were held virtually to remove any regional barriers and enable everyone to catch up with old contacts and/or meet new people.
The theme of our discussion was “Gender Balance in Performance Reviews”.
Who was it for?
Our Women in IP coffee dates are open to all UK-based IP professionals, regardless of gender, role or career level.
And we love you to invite a guest along – someone in a different role or at a different career level, perhaps; an ally or potential ally; or a colleague who’s not yet involved with IP Inclusive. They are most welcome!
Follow-up resources
These informal meet-ups are always popular. They’re a great way to meet new friends, share your thoughts and feelings, and generally cheer yourself up. They also yield some really useful insights and suggestions, which we try to capture in our event reports.

Cost
This event was free. So are all our resources. We think it’s important to keep IP Inclusive on the right side of the paywall.
