As at its launch on 29 July 2021, there were 73 signatories to our Senior Leaders’ Pledge, listed in this announcement. They included senior professionals from a range of firms represented in the “think tank” that created the pledge, as well as the Chief Executives of the patent and trade mark professionals’ representative bodies CIPA and CITMA.
The think tank consists of senior leaders from private sector IP practices, who recognise the key role they can play in improving diversity and inclusion (D&I) in their particular section of the IP professions. However, the Senior Leaders’ Pledge is now more widely available, to staff in all IP Inclusive Charter signatories. We have also created, in collaboration with The IP Federation, a version specially tailored for in-house leaders.
Since launch, many individuals in leadership roles have signed up to the Senior Leaders’ Pledge. The full lists, for both private practice and in-house signatories, are below. You can read their personal commitments by following the links in their names.
