Our Women in IP community organised a fascinating and popular event for Day One of IP Inclusive Week. Entitled “How to navigate a non-linear career”, it looked at the different ways that careers can develop these days, in particular when returning to work after a career break, or moving to alternative roles or working environments to suit your personal circumstances and ambitions. The room was packed and the speakers gave us some inspiring yet practical insights into their own versions of a “non-linear” career. We’re hoping to make a recording available soon.
Huge thanks to Women in IP co-lead Joey Conway for organising and for her expert chairing; to Pinsent Masons for hosting; and to all the panellists, especially our keynote speaker Lisa Unwin from Reignite Academy.
Weโre getting excited about our @WomeninIPI event tonight on navigating a โnon-linearโ career. A special for #ipinclusiveweek and hugely popular. Thanks @Pinsent_Masons for hosting. See you there!
