Please help us to improve workplace mental health support!

In collaboration with CIPA and CITMA, we’re running another survey to mark Mental Health Awareness Week (13-19 May 2019). Closely based on the spring 2018 version, the survey aims to gauge levels of stress and mental health problems in the patent and trade mark professions, to uncover their causes and to suggest what we can do to address the problems.

This year’s survey is open to both CIPA and CITMA members. It includes questions that mirror those in a recent survey by the Law Society’s Junior Lawyers Division, to allow us to compare the results not only with our own from last year, but also with the wider legal profession.

It will take less than 10 minutes to complete, and your answers will provide valuable insight to help us offer more, and better targeted, mental health support. So if you’re a CIPA or CITMA member, please take part – and please encourage your colleagues to do the same. There are separate versions for students and paralegals; please pick the one that’s appropriate for you:

Thank you!
