The logistical stuff

Venue

• In-person at Bird & Bird, 12 New Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1JP (near Chancery Lane tube station; 10 minutes’ walk from Farringdon station)
• Online

Access details for online attendees will be available through Eventbrite shortly before the meeting.

Timings

• Arrival and registration from 1.45 pm for in-person attendees
• Main meeting: 2 – 4 pm
• Networking reception 4 – 5 pm

Refreshments

Our hosts are kindly providing drinks and nibbles during the networking reception at the end. Tea, coffee and water will also be available on arrival and throughout the meeting.

Please note that plenary parts of this event will be recorded. The recording will be available via the IP Inclusive website afterwards.
