“At Carpmaels & Ransford the internal D&I forum, “VIP Club” is holding an event on unconscious bias to coincide with IP Inclusive Week. Everyone is invited for breakfast and a talk on the topic followed by discussions in smaller groups.
“VIP Club was set up in 2017 by a group at Carpmaels who were inspired by an IP Inclusive event on workplace allies. It has proved an extremely popular forum for everyone at the firm to celebrate that as well as being IP professionals we are all Very Important People, and has covered topics including the power of introverts, power posing, dealing with stress and bringing your whole self to work.”
What a fantastic idea – and we’re so glad to hear it was inspired by an IP Inclusive event.
