The IP & ME team offer our support for those directly or indirectly affected by the recent attack on a synagogue in Manchester during the Jewish holiday of Yom Kippur.
We at IP Inclusive were shocked and saddened by the attack. We strive to bring communities together so that people within the IP professions can feel supported. We stand against any form of discriminatory behaviour or violence towards any person or community.
Please get in touch with the IP & ME team at [email protected] if you would like to raise any concerns or to seek support.
The IP & ME Community focuses on ethnic minority IP professionals, although it is open to anyone in the IP professions who shares IP Inclusive’s values and objectives.
IP & ME works to the following mission statement:
To help deliver on our mission statement, we aim to stage events which bring people together to discuss a range of issues concerning the IP professions. We also aim to create a diverse network directory to help identify practitioners interested in speaking at events, writing content or offering mentoring.
The IP & ME community is run by a small volunteer committee. If you have any questions about us, or would like to be more actively involved, please sign up to our mailing list, email us or contact any of the committee members listed lower down this page. Through the mailing list, we can keep you informed of community news and upcoming events, and more generally about issues and resources relevant to equality, diversity and inclusion in the IP professions. You can also keep up to date by joining our LinkedIn group, or following our LinkedIn page. We would love to hear from you, whether with questions, offers of help or suggestions for future activities.
The committee has recorded a number of podcasts that can be found on our resources page.
